The Regional Planning Commission of  Greater Birmingham has supported the vision of the Five Mile Creek Greenway from the beginning.  Connections from the proposed CSX Rail Trail to the Greenway District member cities and towns is a critical transportation link.  The following studies funded by RPCGB are posted on the RPCGB www.rpcgb.org/transportation/active-transportation/
